Rebooking and Cancellation Policy: 

Changes to your booking may be made up to 24 hours prior to departure, but are subject to denial without refund due to any circumstances that Neptune Wildlife Tours may deem relevant (ex: dropping a tour below its minimum passenger requirement).

Cancellations made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the tour's departure are to be honored and eligible for a full refund, minus the applicable service fee (fees may vary, contact us for more details). 

Neptune Wildlife Tours reserves the right to advance, postpone or cancel tours up until one hour prior to departure should any minimum requirements not be met, or should the weather be deemed completely unsafe. Guests will be notified accordingly. Tours canceled by Neptune Wildlife Tours less than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure are eligible for refunds, minus applicable service fees.

Late Arrival Policy:

Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to complete paperwork, suit up and be loaded onto our vessel to keep the tour on schedule. Late arrival may be accommodated depending on the circumstances at hand. Guests are expected to inform Neptune Wildlife Tours via call, text or email if they are running late, with an expected time of arrival. In any circumstance, Neptune Wildlife Tours reserves the right to depart without any guests that are not checked-in prior to the scheduled departure time, and such cases will not be eligible for refunds.
